Isn't It amazing that Japanese samurai swords were made with the use of Daikon Radish. They say that the soul of the samurai warrior resides in the sword. The use of a simple radish has become an art form, crafted over hundreds of years. We can begin to understand the Japanese appreciation for all that comes from the earth.
